The Pre-Visit
After booking your first appointment, you'll receive a text from me directly to have a digital consultation. We'll talk about what your end goal is and I'll ask for photos of your hair now and inspiration photos. Please ask any questions you have!

If you're completing the New Client form​, expect to hear back from me by the end of the day. I'll reach out to you personally and we'll have a digital consultation before deciding your perfect service to book. This is also the perfect time to send any inspiration photos.

After your booking, you'll receive a confirmation text 72 hours before your appointment, a 24 hour reminder, and a new client packet. This will tell you how to find the salon, and what to expect during your visit.

Appointment Day
Try to wear your hair how you usually style it. Avoid a ton of product or dirt, but 2nd day hair is totally fine!
Before starting your service, we'll have a detailed consultation where we'll discuss your hair goals, the New client Form, your hair history, budget, and what it'll take to have your dream hair.

This is the perfect time to ask me any questions you may have!

If you've scheduled an in person consultation and are looking to schedule a future appointment for services, we'll book that during your consultation.
